Your accommodation entitles a fully equipped apartment on two levels, an outdoor sport locker and the access to the green areas of the property associated with conciergerie services.
The apartment is located in Morillon, on the first floor of the farm. It has level access through the converted former hay railing. The living room is open toward the exterior through large bay windows that allow you to enjoy the view on the Criou mountain or on the ski area.
The apartment is organised on two levels with two shared living spaces with TV and four bedrooms named after the towns of the Vallee du Giffre: Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Samoëns, Morillon and Verchaix. Three of them (Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Samoëns, Morillon) possess a master suite with shower, basin, and WC. Three of them (Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Morillon and Verchaix) possess also a balcony. Every bedroom is equipped with a desk for your computer.
Wireless connexion is available is the whole apartment.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall with a closed space for your luggage and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
This hall leads to the living room. It entails a fully equipped kitchen area, the dining room and the lounge area with TV leading to the balcony.
The balcony is equipped with a 2-persons sauna and a dining area with a view on the Criou.
A master suite with shower, basin and WC is also located on the first floor. It leads to a balcony with a 2-person dining area. This master suite has been designed to be accessible by a person in a wheelchair. The shower is equipped with a seat and a grab bar, the WC is equipped with a grab bar.
Second floor
An inner staircase with children’s safety gives access to the second floor. It leads to three bedrooms, each with shower, basin, and WC, two of them are master suites. Two out of these three bedrooms possess a balcony.
An area of the second floor is dedicated to TV and children’s games.

Accessibility
The apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities. However, facilities have been implemented to allow a person in a wheelchair to access the first floor of the apartment, which entails a bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower with seat and grab bar and a WC with grab bar. A TV remote control with large keys is available.
Safety and baby equipment
The inner staircase is equipped with a children’s safety gate for your tranquillity. Baby equipment is available on demand (Cf. the offerings)
Charging station for electric vehicles and public transportations
One charging station for electric vehicles is available.
We encourage you to reach the Grand Massif ski area via public transportations: a bus stop is located only 20m from the property entrance.
